These aren't Ubertis. They're the real thing. Mr. Gish had just sold his Yellowboy. Things come and go there. He traded a pair of chaps for a new minivan. Canny trading makes the museum self sustaining. Yes, that's a real Winchester '73 Saddle Ring Carbime as used by the Texas Rangers from '75 until phased out for newer, more powerful Winchesters. Below it is a Winchester '92 Saddle Ring Carbine. Cowboy shooters might prefer the Short Rifle versions of the replicas of these, but rangers usually carried the carbines. They cost less and weighed less.

 

Again, no replicas, all pre 1900 guns, each with a story to tell. Those ammo boxes aren't from Cheyenne Cartridge Co., either. They're the real thing.
